Geraldine Atkins 

The artist came to Cornwall in 1974, and has lived in Falmouth and at Carn Marth.

 

She studied at the Falmouth College of Art and has a degree in printmaking (1994). 

 

Since leaving college she has been working in drypoint etching. 

 

Elected membership The Newlyn Society of Artists.

 

Exhibits regularly in group shows and exhibitions throughout Cornwall.

Much of Geraldine’s work displays a preoccupation with the mining heritage of the region and the wilderness of Cornwall.
