Ray Atkins

Born in Exeter Devon, he went to Bromley College of Art and then the Slade School of Art (1964). After a period in Reading he moved to Epsom School of Art and from there to Cornwall in 1974. He now lives in the Haute Garonne in the foothills of the French Pyrenees.

 

His works can be found in many public and private collections, including the British Arts Council, the British Museum, Newlyn Art Gallery, Reading University Arts Collection and he has held numerous one man and group exhibitions both nationally and internationally:
